Ode to Hotel Rooms
Hello World! I'm probably writing this to myself and I'm completely fine with that. It's been a minute since I've published an entry but I wanted to get a few things off my brain and share a few emotions with you. So you can get a sense of how relaxed I am right now let me set the mood. Imagine that you are in a plush, five star hotel room. Much like this one. You are lying in your complimentary monogrammed robe in a king size bed complete with an excess of heavenly white, downed pillows and oversized bedding complete with sheets that feel better than the highest thread count of Egyptian cotton. You are free from worry or obligation today. It's your day off, there are no kids in sight. The Blackberry is off. The only sound is the quiet hum of the air and heating unit and occasionally breeze against the window allowing you to peer into the city.
